Holy talking monkeys, Alvarez! It is almost disappointing, this. There is a certain crude power in the baldfaced way the ID crew stole this joke from us and applied it to themselves, unflinchingly. Still, I am not certain whether the fact they have accidentally designed a dust jacket so unintelligently further proves that the universe is a gurgling cauldron of utter accident, or that the Intelligent Designer has a withering and self-deprecating sense of humor.
