The internets are abuzz today with the news that cell phone radiation has been shown (in a rather wee study -- 35 men & 36 women) to interfere with the body's ability to enter deep, restorative sleep. So if you're gabbing before bed, you're ruining your chances at rejuvenative rest.
The teenage-girl contingent of our readership might be thinking, "So, what's the dif? I get, like, no sleep ANYway, and besides, txting MacKenzie and Bree can NOT wait until morning."
